New Video Tour of the NSP Manufacturing Facility

This video tour of Nature’s Sunshine’s Manufacturing Facility gives you the behind a behind-the-scenes look at the quality assurance process of Synergy’s products.

At Synergy, we pride ourselves in providing unique, life-changing products developed in one of the best manufacturing facilities in the world. Our parent company, Nature’s Sunshine Products (NSP), manufactures most of Synergy’s products, and NSP scientists and product developers work with Synergy to oversee the development, design, and production of our products.

In 2002, NSP opened a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing plant with mechanical and quality-control systems comparable to those used in the pharmaceutical industry. We invite you to take a virtual tour of their manufacturing facility and discover for yourself the full extent of our superior product development standards. The tour, found on the Synergy US Corporate Website, walks you through the rigorous testing conducted on each raw material and finished product, takes you through the journey of making each product, and shows you how the products are created. In honor of President’s Day, the Synergy Corporate Office, including the Store, will be closed next Monday, February 15. Customer Service will remain open with modified hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (MST) to assist you with your business needs. Regular hours 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (MST)  will resume Tuesday, February 16.

Grand Opening was a wonderful success!

As promised, Synergy’s Grand Opening was a spectacular event! Team Members came from Europe, Taiwan, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and from across the United States to be a part of this historic event, and they will tell you it was worth the trip.

After tours of the new building and the Nature’s Sunshine facility, the official ceremony began. Pleasant Grove City Mayor Bruce Call and Synergy President Dan Norman spoke about the tremendous growth that Synergy has experienced in the midst of a turbulent economy. Mayor Call mentioned what a great asset Synergy is to the community and to the world. Dan recognized that our growth is due to the efforts of Team Members throughout the world.

The ribbon was cut by the Executives and the Mayor, and we are officially here! After the exciting ceremony, the attendees were treated to a phenomenal presentation by Dr. J. Joseph Prendergast, Dan Higginson, and world wide leaders. The presentations were given to a packed house! So much so, that many people had to stand or listen from the hall.

The night ended with delightful Synergy cookies, Italian Crème Sodas, lots of Synergy Store shopping, and plenty of socializing. Friendships were formed and rekindled, and everyone left with a greater excitement and understanding of the sheer greatness of this company.

Attendees explored all facets of the building, mingled with the Executives, shared their Synergy pride, and were introduced to the new level of Synergy. This event was the kick-off to even greater heights for this world wide company.
