Team Members,

Another great month has just wrapped up here in North America and I am very happy to report that activity is up once again. In fact, we had the highest activity in over 19 months! Year to date, volume is up nearly 40%, sign ups are up over 60% and rank advancements are up significantly compared to 2008. We are seeing more Team Members engaged and committed to their Synergy business than ever before. I believe this is just the beginning of something very special. While many companies in and out of our industry are struggling and losing ground, we are gaining momentum and growing. This can be attributed to the tremendous dedication and effort of each of you. I believe we are more focused and united than ever before; I believe this focus has brought identity, continuity and power to our business.

Pearl Executive William Martin

Team Global LLC, Team Elite

The North American market is booming and Eric Glenn, of Team Global LLC, has not been left out of the action. Team Global was awarded the rank of Team Elite in April 2009, earning over 60,000CV in weak leg volume. Eric found Synergy WorldWide and formed Team Global LLC in 2008. Eric said, “I was searching for a great business opportunity all across the nation. When compared to all the other opportunities out there, Synergy stood out as having the most potential for me.” Eric left his previous employment where he was making thousands of dollars a month to join Synergy WorldWide. Over the next year Eric watched his business grow from a few hundred dollars a month to thousands again. “I was attracted to Synergy by the integrity of the employees, the outstanding compensation plan and the excellent product. I’ve never been involved with a product that works so well.”

Eric’s decision to join Synergy has proved to be well worth it, “I’ve been able to travel all over the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe in building this business and spending time with my Synergy friends.” He has personally helped many Team Members in achieving the ranks of Star, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Team Leader, and Team Manager. Eric is a great example of what Synergy WorldWide stands for and we look forward to his continued contributions to our company.

Executive Message: May 2009

I wanted to write and express how excited and motivated I am to now be in a position to work with each of you and your growing organizations on a much more personal level.  As some of you know, I have received the assignment to directly oversee and manage our North American market. While I will continue to manage my other assignments on the operational side, my primary responsibility and focus will be to support and grow our North American market. I feel fortunate to have so many great leaders to work with as we focus more than ever to accelerate activity and growth.

By nature, I am a very competitive and passionate person who believes in working hard to accomplish great things. I am extremely passionate about our products, our business and what we are doing as a company to make a difference in communities all over the world. We have the opportunity to be a part of something very special that literally is changing and blessing individual lives every day. We have the great opportunity and, I believe, responsibility to share this opportunity with everyone we come in contact with.

As is the case with every successful team, we have to work together, stay focused and above all, demonstrate true leadership. You will hear me talk a lot about leadership as I believe it is the true leaders of the world that accomplish great things and impact individual lives. John Quincy Adams, one of the founding fathers of this great country, said, “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.”  As we work to become better leaders, we will see our business accelerate and grow like never before.

Spotlight: Each month I will take the opportunity to spotlight a few of our Team Members who have accomplished great things with their Synergy business. This month I want to mention some of our loyal Team Members from Canada. Tena Rempel, Edna and Jake Zacharias, Laurie Renton and Nicole Ruttig all made the 22 hour drive from Canada to attend our Open House and were recognized as our newest Stars.  We appreciate their commitment and expect to continue to see great things from this group. I want to recognize Carolyn Phillips who was in attendance at the Open House and recognized as our newest Bronze.  We were thrilled to see two of the hardest working guys in the industry rank advance as well: Bill Styles achieved Team Manager and Eric Glenn hit Team Elite. Congratulations to these and the many other rank advancements throughout North America.

Executive Challenge: We are excited to introduce our new monthly Executive Challenge program. Each month will feature its own challenge with a special reward. If you meet the criteria of May’s Executive Challenge, you will be invited to a special recognition luncheon with Synergy executives during the June Open House. The criteria is as follows:

• Rank advance during the month of May
• OR personally sponsor and activate 5 new tracking centers from May 1st – June 12th

I look forward to seeing many of you soon as I travel throughout the country supporting Team Member meetings. I also look forward to seeing many of you at our next Open House meeting on June 19th, and I hope that many of you will be able to join me at the Recognition Lunch. Now is the time to get on board and engage in your Synergy business. We are gaining momentum each and every day. Together, we will reach our potential and experience success like never before.
