Legacy Retreat 2011~ Maui, Hawaii

Synergy WorldWide

There’s no adequate description of Synergy’s first Legacy Retreat. Words just can’t capture the excitement, adventure, beauty, and camaraderie that were shared by those who experienced the retreat in Costa Rica.

The good news is, you will not have to rely on second-hand descriptions and post-trip pictures to feel a part of the adventure. You can experience the special treatment for yourself at the 2011 Legacy Retreat!

The second annual Legacy Retreat will take Synergy’s top leaders to the island of Maui. This tropical playground is known for its natural beauty, small town charm, and opportunity for adventure and is the perfect destination in which to spoil our hard-working Team Members.

New qualification requirements make it even easier for you to join in the fun. Get started right away and you can soon find yourself relaxing to the laid-back pace of the islanders.

Here’s how it works:
First time qualifiers must earn 10 Legacy Retreat points by December 31, 2010. You can earn up to three points per month. Complete all of the following in one month to earn one point:
• Be on active Autoship
• Be paid as Team Director*
• Personally sponsor two (paid as) Team Leaders or above

*You can earn two points in one month by completing all of the above and by being paid as Team Elite during that month. You can earn three points in one month by completing all of the above and by being paid as Pearl Executive or above during that month.

Remember, points roll over from year to year, so you may have already earned some points toward the 2011 retreat.

For those who have already attended a Legacy Retreat, you have the opportunity to re-qualify for Maui.** Legacy Retreat Alumni Qualifications may be met one of three ways:
• Achieve the Pearl Executive rank for the first time;
• Earn any new rank advancement above Pearl;
• OR maintain your highest pin title at or above Pearl for 3 out of 12 months.

The qualification period will be from January 1 to December 31 to attend the Legacy Retreat the following year.

**These re-qualification requirements are only valid for Legacy Retreat alumni. Team Members must still meet the original qualifications to earn their first Legacy Retreat trip.

Synergy Announces Dan Higginson’s Founder’s Training

Synergy WorldWide

Hello everyone,

As you know, Synergy is celebrating ten years in business. We now have a presence in over 20 countries and have hundreds of thousands of distributors worldwide. We have the most powerful life-changing products that money can buy and one of the best comp plans in the industry. I am proud and pleased how far we have come, but we are not finished.

As founder and CEO of Synergy WorldWide, I have been approached over the years by no less than 10 different companies trying to sell me on the idea of making their training available to our distributors. Most of you know that my background is in personal development and small business training with the Covey group, so you can imagine I was very particular in reviewing what these companies made available to us. Sadly, no one had anything that was worthy of our Synergy family, until now. For just over a year I have been working closely with a company called Point Productivity trying to get the type of training I was willing to share with you. I am excited and very pleased to announce that for the first time we will launch just such a training program. Dan Higginson’s Founders Training is a complete entrepreneurial success system that will be available to all of our Synergy family beginning today, February 23, 2010. This is a step-by- step personal and business development system that will change the way we grow as a company and as a family.

I have experienced first-hand just how powerful training can be if it is done in the right way. I wanted a success system that would address the needs of all of our Synergy business owners and I am very happy to tell you that I have found such a success system. Point Productivity is one of the country’s premier network marketing consulting companies. Together we have developed a step-by-step testing and training program blended into a success system that will help everyone, regardless of your level of success in Synergy. It will help everyone take their business to a new level and will assist us in becoming a billion dollar company.

At Synergy we have the best products on the planet, and now we have the best success system to match. We have taken the most exciting and unique aspects of network marketing—personal development, a home-based business, and motivational training—to custom-design a program for Synergy WorldWide.

I am so excited to be able to offer this training to all of our serious distributors that I have put my name on it. It is called the Dan Higginson’s Founder’s Training. It will change the way you grow your business, so don’t wait another second. Get started today. Check it out at www.dhfounderstraining.com.

New US Corporate Office

Synergy WorldWide

newbldg_1109After ten years in business and at a time when daily headlines speak of businesses closing their doors, Synergy is growing and expanding across the globe. To keep up with the expanding Team Member base, we have found the need to bring on additional highly qualified employees to offer you the support you need to build your business. This means, that after only a year in our current facility, we have outgrown our available space and we will be moving to a brand new office!

This move is a reflection of Synergy’s growth and bright future. We will occupy the majority of the three-story, Synergy branded building and the layout will include multiple conference rooms, a large, expanded store displaying all of Synergy’s great products, and an elaborate presentation room. It will be more than simply a larger corporate headquarters; the building will serve as a place for Team Members to put their businesses into action.

We will unveil the new building at our grand opening event January 29, 2010. Leaders from around the world will be in attendance for this historic occasion as they pass through on their way to the 2010 Legacy Retreat in Cost Rica. We invite you to join us as we cut the ribbon at the entrance of our Synergy Corporate Office and welcome in a new era of growth and expansion in the “Synergy Building.”

The address for the new building is:
1955 West Grove Parkway
Pleasant Grove, UT 84062

Message From Corporate

What an inspiring experience I had at the Japan Summit! Having the beautiful backdrop of Tokyo, and being surrounded by friends and team members I know from all over the world was a great experience for me. It was a great time for me to look back on how far we’ve come and how much progress we’ve made. As pleasing as it was to note our accomplishments, I couldn’t help but walk away from the Summit with my eyes firmly set on the future. The best is yet to come. In reality, we are just now seeing only the tip of the iceberg. We have much more work to do.

As I listened intently to the words of the Executive leaders of our company, I felt uplifted, encouraged, and excited about the situation we are in as a company. As we took a moment to honor Dan Higginson, and then listen to him address us, I was moved. When Dan talks, he always motivates me to be a better person, to try a little harder. In fact, it was at a Synergy convention a few years ago as Dan was speaking, that I first became “converted” to Synergy and their message to Leave a Legacy.

As I listened to Dan at the Japan Summit, and contemplated the circumstances in the Australian market today, I got chills. I listened to Dan tell us about the early days in Japan, and it was eerily similar to where our business is today in Australia. He said that once all of the factors finally converged, the market exploded. He said that it all started as Synergy provided the vehicle to a few highly motivated, passionate people who later emerged as some of the greatest team leaders and business builders Synergy has seen to date. I believe that we are in that same position in Australia now.

The company is stable. Finally, the organization, the compensation plan, the products, and most importantly, the TEAM MEMBERS are all in place. Like never before, Synergy Australia is ready to RISE in 2010. The foundation work has been laid, and now it is time to become what we all know we can become together.

Dan Higginson can’t be with us every day to get us moving. So, it is our responsibility to find what it is the moves us off of center. We need to find what it is that makes us passionate and motivated. Then, every day of our lives, we need to chase after it. In the classic musical, The Music Man, Professor Harold Hill says, “You pile up enough tomorrows, and you’ll find you are left with nothing but a lot of empty yesterdays. I don’t know about you, but I’d like to make today worth remembering.”

At the end of this life, what a shame it would be to look back on “empty yesterdays.”  I challenge you to make 2010 a year full of days worth remembering.

Sincerely,
Bryan Atwood
Sr. Manager – Southeast Asia / Global Operations
