Winter Warmth Drive Has Begun!

Synergy WorldWide

wwd1Ten years ago, Founder and CEO, Dan Higginson, founded Synergy with a goal to make a difference in the world. A decade later, he is still fulfilling that goal through life-changing products and life-altering charitable efforts, including the annual Winter Warmth Drive that benefits the Navajo people of the four-corners region of the United States.

For most students on the Gallup, NM reservation, an education is a luxury item that many can’t afford. Take John* for instance. He is a high school senior preparing for a graduation that may never happen. His father recently lost a job he held for 25 years and the family is losing their home and truck. Also at risk is John’s education. Teachers at his school are volunteers, but John pays tuition to cover the cost of books and supplies. Without assistance for his tuition, John will not be able to remain in school and will never reach his goal of graduation.

Thailand National Convention

Synergy WorldWide

We are extremely excited about our Thailand market. Dan Norman just returned from Thailand’s National Convention where he was greeted by over 600 people in attendance. This was beyond expectations and the event turned out to be a huge success. Thailand continues to be a growing force in our South East Asia markets and we are so pleased to have Suphaphong leading that market as our General Manager. Congratulations “O” for all of your success.

Synergy Indonesia National Convention

Synergy WorldWide

Indonesia recently held its Synergy National Convention — an event of Olympic caliber that set the precedence for phenomenal things to come. It began with the presentation of a flower to each guest—a traditional emblem of royal celebration—and ended with a torch passing and firework display. The event was an open-air extravaganza that featured an elaborate backdrop, traditional costumes, flame dancers, a motorcade, and amazing pyrotechnics. Synergy CEO Dan Higginson and President Dan Norman arrived in a palanquin (Sedan Chair) on the shoulders of Team Members and were greeted by thousands of enthusiastic celebrators. The highlight was seeing 3700 Synergy Team Members come together to learn, be motivated and be recognized. The event was very cultural and symbolic of the deep-rooted Indonesian traditions that have manifested themselves in the building up of Synergy Indonesia.

Overcoming Fear of Talking to Your Network Marketing Leads and Prospects

Synergy WorldWide

One of the greatest challenges many network marketers face is overcoming a fear of contacting and actually talking to prospects live on the phone. Some will do everything possible to stick with email or other less threatening forms of communication. This is caused in part by a lack of confidence, or a fear of talking to people about network marketing and MLM.

If you have a choice between sending an email to a new prospect, or calling that prospect on the phone right away, which is easier? For many, it is much easier to send that email and avoid the threat of being rejected “in person”.

What if the call doesn’t go well?
What if I say something wrong and turn the prospect off?

Those fears are genuine and deeply embedded in the minds of many who pursue a network marketing business. If you feel this way, and want to get past it, what will it take?

Stewart’s Executive Message

Synergy WorldWide

stewartbanner2

Team Members,

Last month I spoke of the coming fall season, and now we find ourselves in the heart of it, surrounded by brightly colored leaves and crisp, cool air. One thing synonymous with fall is the start of school, and recently I stopped to reflect on the educational process. Our children spend years learning diverse subjects that will carry them throughout life and that will ideally leave them well rounded, educated contributors to society. Their grade school days will form the foundation of their knowledge that will be augmented by experience concurrently and later in life.

Leadership Conference in Action!

Synergy WorldWide

The vibrant colored leaves that dotted the mountains on the gorgeous fall day in Salt Lake City were the perfect backdrop to a bright and energetic Synergy Leadership Conference. The biggest and most exciting U.S. event of the year focused on getting valuable information into the hands of people who need it most—Team Members who are sharing the legacy of Synergy with the world.

The event was informative from the get-go as Team Members from all over North America took part in tours of NSP’s manufacturing facility to see for themselves the high quality process. The conference came to life that night as Synergy Team Members donned their suits and elegant dresses for the Recognition Evening where the great leaders were honored and the new Million Dollar Club was introduced.

The Leadership Conference continued Saturday with fantastic speakers, the unveiling of new products, trendy SWAG items in the store, and the introduction of a new Fast Start Training Program. Dr. Joe Prendergast and Dr. Monica Marcu elaborated on ProArgi-9 and NutriMor respectively and Team Members shared their health success stories on the products.

It was an event to remember. Check out the video to see the action for yourself.
